Coordinate small to medium client centric projects as they relate to software enhancement.  Analyze customers’ needs and requirements, consult with Technical and Legal resources, develop Statement of Work, manage the editing and approval process, and consult on resource assignments and project initiation.  Report and track all projects’ financials for the Professional Services department and serve as a global liaison between the US, APAC and EMEA offices.
